In July 2007, The Energy Club was facing what many small businesses face after three years of operation - flat sales and the fear of declining profits.

IMC Pros was hired to create and implement a one year strategic marketing plan that would increase sales and help The Energy Club reach an end-of-the-year membership target.

IMC Pros worked with the Director of Marketing, General Manager and Owners to implement a new marketing plan that increased membership by 400% above targeted goals!

With 15 years of business success, Alexandria Translations wanted to create a new look and feel to its web site and see how the Internet worked as a marketing/sales tool to increase business.

Following on the success of the privately owned Energy Club, ProFit Management decided to contract with IMC Pros to help improve marketing and sales for its group of owned and managed health and fitness clubs.

IMC Pros is designing and updated four web sites for ProFit clubs in New Jersey, Washington DC and Virginia.

Plans are underway to implement Mind Body Online, a low-cost application service provider that provides online health club management software at all of the clubs.

IMC Pros helped Data-Driven Insights analyze its market and target its services, which led to its business name.
